New Release - 2015-12-09 Cole Beebe

 

Sheriff David White received information about a probationer possibly selling methamphetamine in Montgomery County. Sheriff David White contacted Probation Officer Frank Gibson about the situation. On November 24, 2015, Sheriff White, Officer Gibson, and 18th West Judicial Officer Mike May went to the residence of Cole Beebe, 29 located in Caddo Gap. While searching the residence they located a substantial amount of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and firearms. There was also 2 other occupants at the residence. They were identified as Jessica Robbins and Lonnie Cogburn. Mr. Beebe was transported to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office where he was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with the Purpose to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Firearm by Certain Persons. Bond was set at $30,000. Investigation is still ongoing at this time.
