Can I Pay my Ticket Online? YES and NO

 


Montgomery County District Court - YES

You can now make payments for your District Court ticket and/or time pay account online through the services provided by the Montgomery County District Court by going to https://pay.courts.arkansas.gov

This applies to any ticket received in Montgomery County, Arkansas from any of the following agencies: Arkansas State Police, Arkansas Game & Fish, Arkansas Highway Patrol, US Forest Service, and Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. You must have your ticket number to process online payment.

Montgomery County District Court Time Pay Accounts can also be paid online at the website shown above. You must have your time pay account number to process online payment.

If you have a question regarding your District Court Appearance, your online payment, or account balance contact the Montgomery County District Court Clerk’s Office at 870-867-2221. Their office hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. They are closed for lunch from 12:00 – 1:00 pm.

Your payment (cash, check, money order or cashier's check) can be paid in person at the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Monday through Friday, between 8am and 4pm, or you can mail your payment (check, money order or cashier’s check) to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, 225 Fairgrounds Rd, Mount Ida, AR 71957. If you mail your payment to the Sheriff’s Office, remember to include your ticket or time pay account number on your payment and if you want a receipt mailed back to you, be sure to include a self-addressed and stamped envelope with your payment.


Montgomery County Circuit Court - NO

All payments related to Montgomery County Circuit Court Cases are paid at the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, in person or by mail. If mailed be sure to include your case number and if you want a paid receipt mailed to you, include a self-addressed and stamped envelope with your payment.

If you have a question regarding your Circuit Court balance, contact the Sheriff’s Office (Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm) at 870-867-3155.

 

Payment made to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office

that is not honored by bank,

will be turned over to the Prosecutor’s Office
