The Collector’s Office is responsible for the collection of real estate and personal property taxes.
Payments can be made by mail or in the office during office hours Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Taxes can be paid by Cash, Check, Money Order or Cashier's Check.
Checks should be made payable to Montgomery County Collector.
If paying by mail and you want a paid receipt include a stamped, self-addressed envelope and receipt will be mailed.
The Montgomery County Tax Records are available online at www.actdatascout.com.
Certified Property Tax Records can be redeemed by the property owner or relative by contacting the Arkansas State Land Commissioner’s Office at 501-321-9422 or by visiting the Arkansas State Land Commissioner’s website at www.cosl.org.
