Collector's Office


The Collector’s Office is responsible for the collection of real estate and personal property taxes.    

Payments can be made by mail or in the office during office hours Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.  

Taxes can be paid by Cash, Check, Money Order or Cashier's Check. 

Checks should be made payable to Montgomery County Collector. 

If paying by mail and you want a paid receipt include a stamped, self-addressed envelope and receipt will be mailed.

Certified Property Tax Records can be redeemed by the property owner or relative by contacting the Arkansas State Land Commissioner’s Office at 501-321-9422 or by visiting the Arkansas State Land Commissioner’s website at
